Wood board

Janet and me went a woodcraft store today, they said they have 36 x 36 x 1.5 inch thick board in berkely store. we saw a small sample, it's really nice and polished. the thing is it's pretty expensive, cost $175...

hmm...or we can just get two boards from home depot and glue them together, it only cost about $30... what you guys think?

by the way...

How long is the screw on table leg?

What are the Dimensions of the Table? 34 x 34?

$175 seems ok doesnt it? Especially if we're going to have something that looks good in the end? $175 split between 12 of us isnt too much.

I think we have to buy woodboard ASAP cause we do not have that much time to spend on table the we can focus on book cover ,quoat or picture.

I don't think we will be able to glue two pieces together and make it look professional. The screws that came with the table legs are about an inch long. Maybe an inch and 1/4. It would be really easy to buy shorter screws. My vote is for the nice piece of wood. Does that change our dimensions to 36" x 36"?

We'll see how many pieces everyone brings today. Probably won't start assembling things until next week, but we should have as much as we can to look at for planning the construction today.
